Canoe down the Delaware River. This is a fun and relaxing trip that Lawrence has done many times. We will camp alongside the Delaware River Friday to Sunday. On Saturday we’ll be shuttled up river and spend the day gently floating back down to our campsite, while sipping on your favorite libations. About halfway down the river we will stop on one of the islands for lunch. In the evening we will sit around the bonfire and recall the adventures we had on the water. On Sunday will spend the day at Skinners Falls laying in the sun and riding the rapids. Bring a tube or rent one there.
Things to Bring: Tent, Sleeping Bag, & Lawn Chair
On the River: Sunscreen, Hat, Waterproof Container, Lunch, Towel, Snacks, Water, Beverage of Choice – NO GLASS, Cooler, Bungee Cords or Rope to Raft Up with other Canoes.
You will be responsible for your own meals. If you do not want to prepare your own food at the campsite there are restaurants in the area
